I'm on disability and need legal help w/a collection agency who filed for a judgement, I went to court, Judge issued a continuance because I never got legal paperwork from collections w/evidence, etc. Today I was called by the court to cancel my pre-trial conference because he already signed a summary judgement! How is that possible?
