Community Legal Aid - Pittsfield Office Description
Description: Free civil legal services to low-income and elderly residents of Central and Western Massachusetts.
Eligibility:
Households must have income below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines and have limited cash assets.
No financial eligibility requirements for the following applicants:
Seniors (age 60 and older)
Victims of crime and survivors of homicide victims
Residents of Worcester County who have experienced illegal housing discrimination
Language translators available in:
English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Urdu.
For other languages, CLA and CWJC will arrange for a free interpreter.
