Reviews
Current situation: We would like to stop paying rent and self-evict as the neighboring unit has been creating noise disturbances for 2-3 months. My roommate has a sleep disorder and the police have been called once at 3 am due to loud partying. Although the neighbors are moving out we cannot continue to endure the noise. The landlord has stated that they can't do anything other than send warnings.
