Need help on a estate and will procedures. I'm not being treated fairly by the personal representative that is the other owner of the house left in the will from my grandmother and me she's trying to evict me out of my home. I was born here, she has no mental connection to this house, just wants the money and I'm trying to buy her out, she's been taken personal belongings of the state that was left to the both of us she's also kept her money from her bank accounts that it clearly says that everything be split down the middle.
