I’m renting. I have had so many issues with the property manager not following through. I’ve had major construction issues (water) & 10 months of zero resolution. They also allowed a sub contractor to walk in on my 15 year old daughter, who was home alone & terrified. This took place after I had already called the property manager to let her know that my minor daughter was home alone & no one should enter until I call to say that I’m home. The property manager assured me that they would wait until I got home & then proceeded to go into my residence anyway.
