I'm looking for a way to be put onto the docket of Clark county courthouse criminal court. I've been down there twice now and they state my lawyer had to do it. I had a court appointed lawyer but she dismissed me.

ReplyI was injured on my job, by a piece of equipment, known to my employer to be a hazard. The organization repaired the equipment within hours of my injury (I have a text from the manager) but did not report to L&I that faulty equipment bore at least some responsibility.
