I'm in dire need to file complaint to quiet title on the property I've lived , paid monthly, processed, and made many improvements and updates on, my father and step mom and Wells Fargo are the owners, my father is letting the house go into foreclosure , he has resided in Florida all these years, refinance many times and even filed bankruptcy twice with our my knowledge, and I'll be homeless , I've got adverse procession and never gained from this property but did all the upkeep and improvements, I'm getting a raw deal when both have made out.
